GENERAL RULES
1) No illegal substances or alcoholic beverages are permitted at any Big Rock racing event.
2) Foul language, aggressive, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
3) Race director reserves the right to “black flag” any driver who is operating in a reckless or uncontrolled manner or that may constitute a hazard to other drivers in a race.
4) If you leave the driver’s stand during a race, you may not return to the race. When exiting the driver’s stand no driver shall walk across the race track.
5) You must Turn Marshall or assist with scoring the race following your race. If a substitute is needed due to physical or other reasons, it is your responsibility to arrange for a substitute.
6) Turn Marshalls must remain in their positions until the completion of the race.
7) Disputed race results will be resolved by the Race Director and/or Race Committee. All decisions are final.
8) Racers and spectators agree to abide by Big Rock Raceway parking restrictions.
RACE PROGRAM
1) Regular program consists of two 4 minute qualifiers and one 4 minute main.
2) Points for the Mains will be awarded as follows: 1st – 150 2nd – 145 3rd – 140 4th – 135 5th – 130 etc. 2 Bonus Points will be awarded for top qualifier.
3) No substitute drivers.
4) The car that you qualify must run the main. You may qualify a back-up car only if the primary car is un-repairable within the time limits
5) Minimum of three cars in a class. Race Director reserves the right to combine classes.
RACE DAY PROCEDURES
1) Sign in immediately as you arrive at the track.
ie; name, class, car number 2) Technical inspections will be performed at sign in to determine proper class.
3) You will be assigned to a heat race shortly after arriving.
4) Your heat race finish will determine how you start in the main event for your class.
5) Technical inspections may be performed on top two finishers in the Mains.

1- examine motor 2- examine batteries 3- examine tires
4- examine/measure Spoilers (late model) and Wings (sprint)
